Position Overview The Manager, Salesforce, is responsible for the successful operation, strategic direction, and ongoing enhancement of Pew's Salesforce platform. This role ensures the platform aligns with organizational priorities, supports stakeholder engagement, and drives adoption of emerging technologies to meet business needs. This position requires initiative, independent judgment, and the ability to manage technical operations and projects across programmatic and operational areas. This position is based in Pew's Washington, DC office and reports to the Senior Manager, Microsoft Applications, Information Technology. This position participates in Pew's hybrid work program with core days in the office and the flexibility to telework the remaining days. Staff also enjoy four telework "flex weeks" per year. Requirements
Travel Occasional travel required between Pew's main Philadelphia and Washington, DC offices, and smaller remote offices. Minimal additional travel required to attend trainings, seminars or conferences. Salary Range $143,300 USD - $160,100 USD The salary range represents a reasonable estimate of the annual salary based on Pew's commitment to provide equitable and market-competitive pay. The actual salary offered will take into consideration many factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills and experience, internal pay equity, and business need.
