Produces television or radio programs. May supervise other personnel. May be required to possess a valid driver's license. Incumbent may be required to operate a vehicle from the TTU/TTUHSC motor pool to perform the job.

Major/Essential Functions


  • Serve as a primary live event producer for in-venue videoboard shows during home athletic contests, including, but not limited to, football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, and track and field.
  • Assist as a producer for ESPN+ shows as needed during home athletic contests.
  • Serve as the primary Daktronics point person to build and load content.
  • Assist with the design, development, and implementation of animated graphics, stat pages, and sponsored elements for use on the venue LED (I.e., ribbon or similar) displays.
  • Assist in coordinating the production of all motion headshots and other in-venue content through collaboration with respective marketing and content creation teams.
  • Manage Ross Kiva digital playback server to ensure proper setup and organization is performed before and during each sport season.
  • Conceptualize and present new ideas in workflows and designs to increase fan engagement and experience through in-venue displays.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Performs additional duties/tasks and assumes additional responsibilities as needed or assigned by the Assistant AD for Broadcast Services.

Required Qualifications

Two or more years education or training beyond high school with emphasis on professional video production or related area plus two years experience in a video/multimedia environment; OR a combination of education and/or experience to equal four years.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Ross Kiva / Ross Expression / Sony MVS 7000X Switcher /Sony HDC 2550 Triax Cameras / Canon C200 Cameras or similar is preferred. Ideal experience includes management of in-game videoboard operations.
  • A thorough understanding of intercollegiate athletics and its relationship to the broader institution, including conference and NCAA governance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, including, but not limited to, meeting deadlines, adapting to last-minute changes, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proven quick decision-making skills, high creativity, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability in a team-oriented environment.
