Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:00 AM
• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour plus $1.00 shift differential
• Employment Type: Direct Hire

About the Role

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will ensure products, processes, and services consistently meet established quality standards. You'll conduct inspections and audits, analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner cross-functionally to drive corrective and preventive actions throughout the production lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Conduct inspections and testing of products, components, and materials at multiple stages of production
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, defects, and improvement opportunities
• Document non-conformances and deviations from quality standards
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing quality processes and procedures
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer-facing teams to uphold quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, test results, and corrective actions
• Provide guidance and training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and operational success

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, applied engineering, technology systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related role
• Experience with quality management systems; familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is a plus
• Knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis tools
• Direct mail or print production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality excellence
