Hopkins ElderPlus is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) designed to provide and coordinate all needed preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services so that older individuals can continue living in the community. An interdisciplinary team assesses each participant to develop and manage an individual health care plan. As a Hopkins ElderPlus registered nurse (RN), you will frequently provide assessments, treatment, education, medication management, and counseling to program participants.

The Day Health Center Supervisor, RN, is part of the program's management team, will provide clinical oversight and care coordination for participants receiving health, social, rehabilitative, recreational, and personal care services. This role manages a caseload focused on comprehensive care plan development, collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team, delivers patient and family education, and ensures high-quality, person-centered care. The Supervisor, RN also provides direct supervision and support to medication technicians, promoting safe medication administration and regulatory compliance while fostering a supportive clinical environment.

Shifts: 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday; No weekend, night, or holiday work required. Minimal triage on-call

Who Should Apply:



  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required
  • RN work experience required, geriatric experience preferred
  • Supervisor experience strongly preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 46.57/hour - Maximum 72.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
