GENERAL FUNCTION The Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives will lead critical initiatives that drive growth, transformation, and execution across Professional Solutions. Reporting to the SVP of Strategy & Business Development, this leader will oversee the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales force transformation efforts, channel growth plans, and strategic initiatives across the Professional Solutions portfolio. This role spans both the commercial and support sides of the business, ensuring consistency and alignment across all Professional Solutions business units. As the regional leader for corporate initiatives, the Senior Director will drive the execution of HQ-designed global programs within the Americas region ensuring Professional Solutions priorities are reflected and delivered at scale. Pay Range:223,817.60-324,352.00 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
