Pay Range USD $128,000 and $152,000 Yearly

The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.

The Opportunity:

Mattel is seeking a Manager, Inclusion & Culture to play a critical role in advancing our cultural transformation. As part of the Organization Development & Inclusion team, this role is responsible for shaping, delivering, and scaling inclusion initiatives that foster belonging, engagement, and performance across the enterprise.

This role is ideal for a strategic doer who can translate vision into action, influence leaders at multiple levels, and design programs that bring Mattel's values to life. You are a thoughtful change agent, strong collaborator, and compelling storyteller who connects people, purpose, and performance.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Help share and execute Mattel's global inclusion and culture strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Partner with leaders, People & Culture, and cross-functional teams to embed inclusion into talent practices, leadership behaviors, and everyday experiences.
  • Design and deliver programs, campaigns, and activations that strengthen engagement and connection.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure impact of initiatives, communicate progress, and inform decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging practices to bring forward innovative ideas and tools (interest in AI-enabled solutions is a plus).
  • Stay ahead of trends - bringing fresh, bold, and innovative approaches.
  • Develop and implement global inclusion and culture initiatives aligned to Mattel's purpose, values, and business objectives.
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives that support culture transformation and enhance the employee experience globally.
  • Translate data, listening insights, and research into clear recommendations and compelling narratives for stakeholders.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends, emerging research, and innovative practices - bringing forward new ideas to strengthen Mattel's inclusion and culture efforts.
  • Partner with People & Culture, Legal, and Employee Relations to ensure compliance and consistency across global operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience leading inclusion, culture, or organizational development initiatives in a global or matrixed environment.
  • Background in consulting or client-facing roles, with strong stakeholder influence skills.
  • Working knowledge of organization development, change management, and communication planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship building capabilities.
  • Understanding of inclusion and belonging frameworks, regulatory compliance, and U.S. employment law.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Agile, creative mindset with comfort leveraging technology and emerging tools
