About the Role We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our branch teams as Tellers. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy providing excellent customer service and working in a collaborative, hands-on environment. As a Teller, you will handle a variety of financial transactions, assist members with inquiries, and maintain accurate cash handling practices. You'll be part of a small, supportive team that values proactive communication and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities * Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other teller transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain an organized and secure cash drawer, including balancing throughout the day. * Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through the drive-thru. * Assist with branch operations such as opening/closing procedures and supply management. * Support other departments as needed (e.g., loans, accounting, member services). * Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
