Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of MultiSpecialty and Neurology clinics to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Manage provider schedules, staffing, and clinic resources to support multiple specialties, complex care needs, and diagnostic workflows. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for clinical and front-office staff. Optimize clinic workflows to improve patient access, throughput, care coordination, and provider efficiency. Ensure adherence to clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards, including specialty-specific and neurology care protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for staff concerns, providing coaching, problem-solving, and escalation as needed. Promote clear, compassionate communication among providers, staff, patients, and leadership to support a positive patient experience. Coordinate multidisciplinary care across specialties, including neurology, imaging, therapy services, and external referrals. Support patient education and timely follow-up for complex treatment plans, testing, and procedures. Lead clinic response during emergencies and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Support budgeting, staffing plans, resource utilization, and cost-effective operations. Ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and specialty-related regulatory requirements. Monitor environmental safety and protect patient health information. Track performance metrics, quality indicators, and support initiatives that improve outcomes and operational efficiency. Model organizational mission, vision, and values while promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with attendance expectations, required training, licensure, and certifications.
Qualifications
RN, LPN, or CMA credential with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Business or healthcare management degree preferred. 2-3 years of clinic operations experience preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare is a plus. Active RN/LPN/CMA credential. Valid driver's license if driving for work-related duties. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient experience best practices.
