Security Officer - Residential Patrols

As a Security Officer - Residential Patrols in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual circumstances or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or property representatives.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and authorized areas within the residential location.
• Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal's standards of service.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
