As a Security Guard - Factory Patrol Driver in Lancaster, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and deliver outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with team members and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location as well as its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report on any security-related issues, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Document and communicate incidents, observations, and security-related activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
