Security Officer - CRE Patrol

As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive approach. You will engage with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Maintain thorough documentation of activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and/or visitors to address questions, provide directions, and support a welcoming environment.
• Remain alert to surroundings and report any suspicious persons, vehicles, or activities to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific procedures to help support a secure environment for all occupants and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
