Security Officer - Plant Entry Control

As a Security Officer - Plant Entry Control in Burlington, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a security professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic food and beverage location, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering excellent customer service. By conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence, you play a key role in fostering a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
