Director of Clinical Pathways Department of Quality Administration Full Time 87290BR Job Summary The Director of Clinical Pathways at UCSF Health will lead the strategic development, design, and implementation of evidence-based clinical pathways within the Epic electronic health record system across our esteemed academic health network. This role is crucial in enhancing standardization, quality, safety, and efficiency while integrating guidelines into clinical workflows and decision support tools such as order sets, SmartSets, and Best Practice Advisories. The Director will collaborate closely with UCSF's clinical leaders, trainees, informatics, quality departments, pharmacy, nursing, and IT teams to minimize unwarranted variation, improve patient outcomes, and support UCSF Health's academic and research missions. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $113,800 - $185,000 (Annual Rate).
