Scope of Work This laboratory assistant position supports administrative functions associated with the administration of our point of care programs at a regional level. Monitoring and tracking quality assurance, competency and resulting interfaces for our point of care program in a defined region. Requires the ability to trouble shoot and problem solve when results don't meet expected criteria. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's/ Associate degree (biology, chemistry/histology) or completion of laboratory assistant training proigram. 1 year of relevant experience Minimum 1 year laboratory experience. Required Experience as a Laboratory Assistant II recommended if appropriate to assigned department. CRT-Medical Lab Assistant (MLA) - ASCP American Society for Clinical Pathology 1 Year preferred
