Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Donor Services, assumes responsibility for overseeing the staff and all blood collection operations at fixed neighborhood sites. Monitors the collection activities to ensure compliance with SOPs. Responsible for meeting projected production goals. Responsible for financial oversight of site. Services as a resource for donor eligibility and phlebotomy complications. Oversees quality control of all processes/ equipment / supplies as required for blood collection. Promotes positive image of CBC to community. Essential Functions:
