We're looking for a Enterprise Recruiting & Innovation Lead to lead and innovate physician recruiting strategies across multiple specialty divisions. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll mentor recruiters, optimize pipelines, and leverage technology to drive measurable growth in physician placements. If you're passionate about building best practices, influencing change, and delivering results, we want to hear from you!

  • Design and execute physician-focused recruiting strategies to improve fill rates and recruiter performance.

  • Innovate sourcing channels and pipeline-building techniques for hard-to-fill specialties.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, sourcing, and analytics teams to align recruiting plans with business goals.

  • Introduce technology and automation to maximize recruiter efficiency and reporting.

  • Mentor recruiters at all levels, fostering professional growth and productivity.

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events to attract top physician talent.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in staffing (locum tenens or staffing industry preferred).

  • Proven success as a top producer with full lifecycle recruiting experience.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Tech-savvy with CRM/ATS expertise and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
