Job Summary:The Strategy and Planning Manager plays a key role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and driving business growth. This role involves developing, delivering, and monitoring business strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing data-driven insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication to ensure organizational objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Planning: Develop and refine short- and long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals. * Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance data to identify opportunities and risks. * Project Management: Lead and support strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to drive strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution. * Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress against strategic goals, and report findings to senior leadership. * Executive Support: Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for executive leadership and key stakeholders. * Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: New York City Metro Area: $149,300.00 - $239,400.00Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $143,400.00 - $212,200.00* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. ** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements. | |
