- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience related to GRC engagements.
- Multiple maintained industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CGEIT, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
- Relevant work experience related to Cyber Security assessment.
- Experience in supporting the development of Policies, processes and documentation in Green or Brown field sites.
- Demonstrated professional consulting (internal or external) experience with enterprise IT-security, information security, and Governance Risk Compliance services gained in a previous delivery capacity.
- Experience in delivering assignments using well-known security frameworks, standards, and methodologies such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, NIST-CSF, CIS, and/or CoBIT.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Ability to work independently without any supervision or direction and lead senior and junior consultants.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have:
- Advanced degree in IT.
- Experience in more than two industry verticals and a network of contacts.
- Consulting experience with enterprise IT-security, information security, and Governance Risk Compliance services, gained in previous delivery capacity.
- Excellent report writing skills and ability to clearly articulate technical risk, coupled with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work on complex projects/multiple projects at the same time and deliver security projects on time and within budget.
- Strong work ethic, articulate with good communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills, public speaking experience, and experience of writing white papers.
