  • Client's Structured Settlements (SS) team is seeking a New Business Consultant to provide transactional, analytical, and case execution support to the New Business sales team and external structured settlement consultants.
  • This is a highly execution-focused role that plays a critical part in supporting sales activity and ensuring timely, accurate case processing.
  • The New Business Consultant serves as a day-to-day operational support resource for the broader Structured Settlements team, assisting with quote requests, rate lock-ins quote revisions, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day operational and case execution support to the Structured Settlements sales team and SS consultants.
  • Manage quote-related activity, including responding to routine case inquiries, facilitating rate lock-ins processing quote revisions, and tracking quote activity in accordance with established pricing guidelines.
  • Support pricing administration by assisting with updates to publish and daily rate quotes.
  • Collaborate closely with Service and Operations teams throughout case finalization and contract distribution.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and self-audits to ensure documentation accuracy, adherence to internal standards, and consistency with established processes.
  • Utilize internal technology platforms and tools to support case tracking, workflow management, and reporting.
  • Provide support for special projects and other team initiatives, as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales, operations, or client service teams within financial services, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively use internal business systems.
Must-Have Skills / Experience (Non-Negotiable):
  • Detail oriented.
  • Working with distribution network of brokers; strong interpersonal skills and good personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
