Overview

The Installed Sales Insulation Manager primarily is responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of insulation sales, overseeing all of the Installed Insulation Centers throughout the company. This position primarily is responsible for determining which market to open installed insulation centers, which insulation centers to close, determining the correct staffing level for each center, P&L responsibility for each installed insulation center, determining how much equipment should each center have, as well as many other major decisions concerning the installed insulation centers. This individual is also responsible for selecting, training and evaluating the installed insulation managers at each center, address and adjust employee grievances and/or issues and addressing and adjusting common inquiries and/or complaints from customers.


Responsibilities

Analyze and track the profit and loss for each installed insulation center.

Train installed insulation managers.

Evaluate our current personnel.

Assist store managers, and area managers with questions regarding installed sales

Work with the Installed Managers to fix specific issues.

Make staffing decisions for each insulation center

Exercising discretion and independent judgment in responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers

Review proposals and interview candidates for installed insulation manager

Work on evaluating efficiency of our installers.
