Click here to learn more: YouTube-Novozymes Internship Experience Summer Internships will last for 10-12 weeks, are full time, and will start in mid-May 2026. Engineering Internship Experience Our Blair, Nebraska facility is looking for great interns for next summer and while specific projects are still being worked out, we typically host interns in the following departments:
Fermentation - Chemical or Biological Engineer Recovery - Chemical or Biological Engineer Maintenance - Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Even though the internship will focus on one of these departments, our program participants get exposure, training, and networking with all these groups to better prepare them for a career in the industry of biotechnology! In these positions you need to:
Be currently enrolled in a BS degree program focusing in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related concentration. Have a minimum 3.0 GPA (PLEASE INCLUDE GPA ON RESUME) Relevant coursework and extracurricular experience (internships, lab experience, student organization experience) strongly preferred. Able to arrange your own housing and transportation.
