JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for an E&BI Insights Monitoring Program Lead who is strategic, analytical, and collaborative to join us in our compliance function team, based in our UCB office in Atlanta, GA. About the role As the E&BI Insights Monitoring Program Lead, you will drive the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of monitoring and analytics within the E&BI (compliance) function. You'll oversee vendor management, innovate monitoring methodologies, and ensure comprehensive risk management. This position holds primary accountability for operations within the United States region and requires effective collaboration with stakeholders across other global regions. Who you'll work with You'll collaborate closely with regional E&BI business leads, business units, and cross-functional teams. You'll also act as a key liaison between regional teams and global monitoring leadership, facilitating best practice sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll do

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $124,000 to $162,800 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
