Culture and Inclusion Program Manager Department of Human Resources Full-time, Salaried Salary Pay Range: $65,915.20 - $98,862.40 Posting will close on January 12,2026, at 11:59pm or upon receipt of the first fifty (50) application submissions., Milwaukee County's Department of Human Resources is seeking an experienced and dynamic Culture & Inclusion Program Manager who is passionate about strengthening organizational health, employee experience, and belonging across a large, mission-driven public organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to employees and leaders, ensuring that workplace culture and inclusion are recognized as essential drivers of organizational effectiveness and high-quality public service. The Culture & Inclusion Program Manager will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate closely with Human Resources partners, organizational leaders, and employees to support a thriving, people-centered workplace.
