About the Department and/or College In Marketing & Communications, we deliver high-quality communications that tell the story of Texas Tech in the most compelling way possible. As the Assistant Director of Graduate Enrollment Marketing, you will assist with targeted digital marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness, interest and applications for Texas Tech University's graduate programs. This position plans and executes paid digital campaigns that support graduate recruitment cycles, program launches, admissions deadlines, graduate events and overall Graduate School visibility. The role requires experience in developing, managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns and use of Google Analytics to evaluate performance, track conversions, and refine strategy. This position operates under the supervision of the Senior Director of Marketing, exercising independent judgment while adhering to university policies, brand standards and enrollment marketing priorities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Three years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications
