Job Summary

The Technical Training Manager supports the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of learning technologies and systems within a defined healthcare market. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams-including Learning Design & Technologies, Information Services, HRIS, and Clinical Education-to ensure that technical training infrastructure aligns with the operational and clinical needs of the healthcare environment. The position focuses on system support, integration, and technical enablement, with a strong emphasis on real-time training support and technology troubleshooting. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
