- We are looking for a strategic and process-driven Bid Management Digitalization Process Specialist to join our Bid Management Proposal Team.
- This role is responsible for identifying, implementing, and supporting process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of the proposal cycle.
- Lead, implement, and support digital transformation initiatives within the bid management function and collaborate with the operational excellence team to drive larger initiatives.
- Analyze current bid and proposal workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, templates, and tools to support bid tracking and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with proposal managers, operations, sales, operational excellence, and IT teams to align process improvements with business needs.
- Document and standardize proposal processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
- Train team members on new tools, systems, and process changes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend adjustments as needed.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or Information Systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bid management, process improvement, digitalization, or operations support.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation tools (Power BI, Excel macros, SharePoint, workflows).
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or proposal management platforms.
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification.
- The ideal candidate will have a good background in process optimization, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial sectors (transformers or electrical equipment).
