Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$90,667.20 - 117,852.80 / Annual

Were looking for a talentedEpic Advanced Business Intelligence Developerto support analytics and performance measurement across our Community Based Care business area. In this role, youll use your expertise inEpic Clarity/Caboodle Data ModelsandSQL programmingto develop and deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that empower leaders to make informed decisions.

Youll collaborate with both business and IT teams to solve high-priority analytic challenges, prepare and present findings to stakeholders, and independently manage projects that ensure high-quality, accurate, and actionable data.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations from Epic, Infor, and other enterprise systems

• Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve operational performance

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Epic data structures and business intelligence development

• Manage project timelines, data integrity, and stakeholder communications

• Partner with business and IT leaders to translate analytic needs into actionable solutions

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required

• Masters degree in Data Science or Advanced Analytics preferred

Required Experience:

• Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model certification and hands-on experience

• 3+ years of experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Advanced SQL development and data modeling experience

• Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts

Preferred Experience:

• Epic Caboodle Developer Certification

• Familiarity with Epic Cogito Tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer)

• Qlik Sense development experience
