Here's what you'd do:

• Works as part-time or temporary help in different technical tasks and operations.
• You will support the delivery of technical solutions and consulting services related to electrical power systems.
• You will work alongside experienced engineers and consultants to analyze, model, and optimize power systems for industrial, commercial, and utility clients.
• This internship offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and technologies in energy automation, grid modernization, and digital power systems.
• Assist in developing and enhancing automation tools (Python, VB scripts, etc.) based on PSS/E, TSAT, or PSCAD.
• Analyze system performance data and contribute to the improvement of reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and client engagements.
• Participate in site visits, data collection, and commissioning activities as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and technologies in power systems and energy automation.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $35/hr.

Hours: 20 hours/week - 1^st shift.

Length: Temp (4 Months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with PowerWorld, PSSE, MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, and PSCAD.

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Understanding of electrical power systems, including generation, transmission, distribution, and protection.
• Strong Python programming skills for data analysis or tool customization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
