Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage receiving and labeling of raw materials using proper storage codes
• Manage raw material input in SOLENIS computer system (SAP) and COA filing
• Manage FIFO system of raw materials in the warehouse
• Confirm location and production of finished products
• Download COAs for products and match with shipping and billing orders
• Manage picking of finished products ( combine all products for a shipment together in SOLENIS computer system, SAP)
• Manage TMS report ( carriers and shipping numbers for all daily deliveries leaving the facility)
• Turn placards for correct product representation

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• High School diploma or GED
• Permanent U.S. residency status
• Fork lift certification with excellent record
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Must be able to pass drug screen , physical and background check
• Basic computer skills (SOLENIS will train for company's computer program, SAP)

Work Hours:

• 3rd Shift (11pm to 7:30am Sunday to Thursday)
• Overtime if needed
