Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Fremont, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Assist in overseeing and maintaining the production processes within the Metrology Department.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing jobs for both internal and external metrology service requests.
  • Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams and couriers.
  • Act as a liaison between the Metrology department and other internal departments.
  • Provide feedback on systems and work towards continuous improvement.
  • Foster a healthy and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain professionalism and cordial working relationships.
  • Adhere to the client's 'Core Values' and strict focus on Customer IP Protection.
  • Operate the computer interface and navigate the diagnostic software.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $23.57 / hr.

Hours: 36 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (6 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years of Clerical experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills and organization.
  • Adaptive, quick learner, and flexible.
  • Ability to be extremely detail-oriented, patient, organized, accountable, and work well in a team environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience creating SOPs or similar guiding documents for professional use.
  • Experience in a Quality Control role.
  • Experience coordinating with shipping/logistics services.
  • Experience either leading or being part of the rollout of new professional initiatives.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

  • Ability to lift ~25 lbs.
