Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Inspect product, record defects, and notify operator/quality of non-conformances.
• Make boxes, assemble product if required, and pack product using the prescribed packing configuration. Track box quantity with bag line counters.
• Label and stack completed boxes of product.
• Participate in roll changes.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitizing duties.
• Ensure a proper shift change by explaining defects and special needs of the work in-progress.
• Lifting to 50 lbs. required occasionally. Buddy lifting is required for anything over 50 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• History of regular attendance at work
