Job Title: Employee Data Management Specialist Duration: 6 Months Location: Hazelwood, MO Shifts: First Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities: Provides business process and HR system subject matter expertise to business partners and work groups. Coordinates small-scale projects with customers and business partners to resolve issues. Evaluates a wide range of complex requests for various HR user access and takes appropriate action. Assists team members in fact-finding for internal/external HR audits. Maintains process documentation on HR systems application processes. Performs analysis on HR system applications to resolve data discrepancies, ensuring that business processes are being followed. Performs system testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity. Coordinates requests with business partners to perform large volume transactions, referring to established practice and policies. Creates HR system error queries to audit transaction activity for errors using established work procedures. Required: Workday - 2 years of experience. Preferred EIB experience (Enterprise Integration Builder is a mass update technology used in Workday). Workday Security, Excel, and Worklife experience. Education/experience: Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's +4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
