Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Scheduler to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. In this role, you will support the day-to-day scheduling of production work, helping ensure jobs are planned, updated, and communicated clearly across the plant.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update production schedules based on order requirements and priorities
  • Translate orders into a sequential work schedule
  • Plan and schedule workflow for press and operations
  • Confer with production and order entry staff to determine order status
  • Communicate schedule updates with production and order entry teams
  • Assist with expediting orders as needed to meet unforeseen conditions
  • Monitor schedules for conflicts or delays and escalate issues as needed
  • Prepare reports as needed

Your Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

You Must Have:

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and use Excel for tracking and updates
  • Ability to support the planning and scheduling of materials through production schedules
  • Ability to coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering

We Would Also Prefer:

  • 1+ years of experience in scheduling, production coordination, or a related manufacturing role
