Position Details Location: LPG Pediatrics at Page Field 4751 S Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33907 Department: HOD HB Peds Primary Page Field Work Type: PRN Shift Availability Required: Any day of the week (MondaySunday), between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.75/hour (set rate) What Youll Do As part of our Pediatric Primary Care team, youll help create a positive, supportive experience for children and their families by: Assisting with front-office and clinical support functions in a pediatric setting Greeting families with warmth, patience, and professionalism Supporting providers and care teams to ensure smooth, efficient visits Helping children and caregivers feel comfortable, informed, and cared for Important: Understanding PRN (As-Needed) Work PRN roles do not have a fixed or guaranteed schedule. Instead, PRN team members: Are scheduled based on department needs, such as coverage for call-outs, vacations, high patient volume, or special clinic needs Must be available for any day of the week, including weekends, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Enjoy flexibility, but must be dependable and responsive when scheduling needs arise This role is ideal for candidates who have open availability and enjoy variety in their work schedule. Apply today and become part of something meaningful at Lee Health Pediatrics The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a team based environment for all aspects of patient business activity within the Practice/Department. Responsibilities include handling telephones, patient appointment scheduling, patient check-in, insurance verification, authorization, pre-certifications, referrals, and posting charges, initial collections, preparing well-coded and accurate billing and maintenance of medical records. Depending on the specific Practice/Department needs, this position may be required to manage the business services for workers compensation, commercial carriers, employee health and corporate accounts. Late hours, holidays and weekends may be required. Other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor of the department. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED Required. Experience: Less than 1 Year Clerical/Administrative required. Insurance/Customer Service preferred. Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required in Employee Health and may also be required at other locations within 90 days of hire. License: N/A Other: Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, IT/computer proficient, basic math, knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing helpful. US:FL:Fort Myers
