Summary:
The Supervisor - Wellness role coordinates the day to day operations of Wellness/Rehab team and serves as the front-line leader, performing all tasks/functions related to administrative responsibilities, demonstrating the ability to instruct and delegate to the team when appropriate. This role must maintain the skills and training to provide patient care in area of expertise as needed.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree with five years of clinical experience or Associate's Degree with 10 years of clinical experience required. Master's Degree with five years of clinical experience preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current State License/Certification based on clinical experience required.
