Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. The Business Analyst II will support Treasury Operations within the Business Solutions & Controls Group, with a primary focus on Financial Institutions Relationship Management (FIRM). This role partners closely with Treasury Operations, Business Risk & Controls, Technology, and Global Banking partners to support initiatives while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of Treasury Operations, risk management, and change execution, supporting critical functions that ensure financial stability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics Preferred Qualifications
If hired in NJ, the base pay for this position is generally between $75,225 and $105,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
