The Complaint Systems Investigator will review, investigate and process domestic and international complaints for Medical Device Reporting (MDR) and International (Vigilance) Device reporting requirements based on FDA Regulations and International [Medical Device Directive (MDD)/Medical Device Regulation (MDR)] Device Reporting requirements.
