Junior Data Analyst (2 Openings) Location: Hybrid in Hartford, CT Start Date: February 8, 2026 Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST About the Role Join a well-known insurance company as a Junior Data Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience or coming off an internship who is sharp, eager to learn, and ready to grow. You'll work on ETL processes and SQL-based data solutions within a collaborative Scrum team of 10 members, supporting multiple projects that drive data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes for enterprise data systems. * Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. * Assist in modifying and maintaining existing databases and data pipelines. * Test and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring accuracy and reliability. * Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to meet data requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. * 1-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience considered). * Strong understanding of ETL concepts and SQL. * Familiarity with Python and cloud database environments is a plus. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly. * Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
