EisnerAmper is seeking an Operations Director to work with the Advisory COO to scale the operations of the service line to support the rapidly-growing Advisory service line. This individual will be a key servant leader driving operational excellence to help the service line achieve its strategic priorities with respect to People, Growth and Clients.

The Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Lead and Manage a Large Team: Lead a large, dispersed team of administrative operations staff to elevate the team and increase their collective impact and contributions.

  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate with Advisory Leadership to prioritize and deliver strategic priorities for the advisory service line.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to senior management.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices within the service line.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years' experience in operations and execution in the professional services industry.

  • Prior management experience of 5+ years

Preferred candidates also have:
  • Masters Degree in Business/IT/related field a plus

  • Strong proficiency in communicating with the ability to have a 'big picture' perspective. Skilled in presenting complex analysis in a concise, insightful manner.

  • Hands-on experience in developing and leading strategic initiatives from inception through execution leveraging technology

  • Proven experience in mobilizing and elevating large teams to increase impact while leveraging technology

  • Attention to details and solid understanding of how business drivers impact KPIs.

  • Experience in building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior management

  • Proactive, intellectually curious and driven professional who is self-directed and thrives in a challenging setting

  • Effective leader, skilled communicator, proven relationship builder, and team player

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Passionate, positive attitude, with a deep desire to learn and teach

  • Enjoys working in fast-paced environment; sense of urgency

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to make thoughtful decisions, quickly

This is a full-time position that will require overtime.

120000

and

250000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
