DLZ Corporation is seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our South Bend, Indiana office. This role is ideal for graduates of technical programs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, industrial maintenance, or related fields) looking to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a professional environment. Training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support maintenance of DLZ buildings and grounds.
• Assist with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform basic repairs, interior/exterior painting, and general upkeep.
• Support grounds maintenance, including snow and ice removal.
• Assist with office setups, furniture moves, and facility projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with DLZ safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel 50-60% to DLZ office locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
