About the role: As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive new business and expansion for FIS data and decision solutions across the financial services ecosystem- Credit Unions, Banks, and Corporates. You'll sell products that power realtime decisioning, identity verification, data insights, and monetization of data in banking and payments. About the team: You'll be joining a highimpact group within the NA Payments organization focused on driving growth in the financial services space. The team brings deep expertise in payments, fintech, and datadriven decisioning. Together, they partner with banks, credit unions, and corporates to deliver innovative solutions that power identity verification, fraud prevention, and realtime decisioning. This is a collaborative, resultsoriented team that thrives on building strategic relationships and closing complex deals in a fastmoving market What you will be doing:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle for data, identity, and decision solutions: prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, business case creation, deal orchestration, and close.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline; initiate contact with prospective customers and expand relationships in existing accounts.
- Lead executivelevel storytelling to articulate value (risk reduction, revenue lift, cost savings) for CRO, CIO, Fraud/Identity, Data Science, and Payments stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals leveraging internal resources (product marketing, solution consultants, data science) to tailor outcomes for complex use cases (KYC, account opening, fraud, credit).
- Negotiate, structure, and close multiparty, enterprise agreements; navigate InfoSec, legal, compliance, procurement, and risk approvals.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with product, engineering, data science, and operations to ensure solution viability and successful customer outcomes.
What you will need:
- Proven success (10+ years) selling into financial services (banking & payments, fintech) with an emphasis on data, identity, and decision solutions and creditequivalent products (e.g., credit reporting).
- Domain fluency in identity verification/KYC, fraud, risk decisioning, account opening, credit/debit, and data monetization in banking and payments.
- Technical literacy across cloud, big data, AI/ML, and large language models- able to translate advanced analytics into business outcomes and realtime decisions.
- Track record of newlogo acquisition and expansion, managing multistakeholder, complex sales cycles; proficiency with valuebased selling and frameworks.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $116,780.00 - $192,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
