Salary: $45.28-50.31 Hourly
A leading global organization at the forefront of digital innovation, dedicated to connecting people with the content they love. We are a dynamic industry leader committed to fostering growth and delivering exceptional experiences across diverse cultural landscapes. Aquent is proud to partner with this organization to find exceptional talent. We are seeking a visionary and results-driven individual to help shape growth strategy and customer acquisition efforts within the US Hispanic segment for a leading digital music service. This pivotal role offers the chance to make a significant impact by defining market opportunities, evaluating audience growth potential, and influencing how marketing investment is prioritized for an important and evolving customer segment. You will play a key role in helping the business better understand how to reach and engage this audience through data-driven strategy and thoughtful execution. As a key player, you will operate across both strategy and execution, helping assess the size of the market opportunity, define how success should be measured, and evaluate whether current marketing efforts are effectively reaching the US Hispanic customer. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between high-level strategic planning and hands-on analysis of CRM, lifecycle, email, and performance marketing efforts. Your work will directly support leadership decision-making and future growth investment. This is a hybrid role with a strong in-office preference; candidates should be comfortable working onsite most days, with up to two remote days as approved. The team strongly prefers candidates based in Miami given the short-term nature of the engagement and the value of being close to leadership and key partners. Exceptionally strong candidates outside Miami may be considered if they bring highly relevant experience with the US Hispanic audience. This role is hybrid, based in Miami, FL; candidates must be local or willing to commute regularly. What You'll Do:
- Build a strategic plan to help the business better understand and grow within the US Hispanic customer segment.
- Assess the size of the market opportunity and help define how success should be measured for this audience.
- Audit and evaluate existing marketing efforts, including CRM, lifecycle, email, and performance marketing campaigns, to determine how effectively they are reaching the US Hispanic segment.
- Analyze campaign performance across audience groups and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve adoption and engagement.
- Translate findings into clear, data-backed recommendations for leadership and cross functional stakeholders.
- Operate effectively at both a high strategic level and a detailed executional level, balancing planning with hands-on analysis.
- Present insights, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership with strong executive presence and polished communication.
- Demonstrate strong ownership by driving workstreams forward in an ambiguous environment and ensuring strategic discussions are backed by thoughtful analysis.
- This role carries a significant analytical component and is central to market sizing, growth strategy, and investment decision-making.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, growth marketing, strategy, CRM, lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise working within the US Hispanic segment, ideally in a consumer-facing industry such as tech, streaming, digital media, or entertainment.
- Strong analytical proficiency with proven experience using data and performance metrics to assess opportunity, measure success, and inform marketing strategy.
- Hands-on experience evaluating or managing CRM, email, lifecycle, and performance marketing programs.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to craft clear business narratives and present effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management and cross functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across leadership, analytics, and marketing teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is highly preferred for this level of role.
- A consultant-style mindset, with the ability to identify market gaps, frame business problems, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Experience in tech, streaming, or digital subscription businesses.
- Experience with executive-level presentations and strategic recommendation development.
- Amazon or similar large-scale consumer business experience is a plus.
Team Culture & Environment:
You will join a diverse, high-energy team known for its strategic vision and growth-oriented approach. This role offers significant visibility, including regular interaction with regional marketing leadership and senior executives. The environment is collaborative, analytical, and focused on identifying where and how to invest for future growth. The team is looking for someone who can quickly build credibility, contribute thoughtful strategy, and work comfortably in senior forums. Limited travel may be required.
