Job Description
At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented Mechanical/Piping Estimator to join our dedicated team at one of our offices in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, Burlington, Massachusetts, Cary, North Carolina, or Irvine/Emeryville, California. In this role, you will perform all estimating functions and oversee the practice of estimating for IPS on pharmaceutical construction and design projects. You will also provide estimating services to projects and business development efforts and may assist the Associate/Senior Director of Estimating in supervising Estimating department personnel. *For applicants located in the state of Massachusetts, the salary offered for this role is between $149,000 and $199,000, but the actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set, and education. *For applicants located in Irvine, California, the salary offered for this role is between $152,000 and $200,000, but the actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set, and education. *For applicants located in Emeryville, California, the salary offered for this role is between $159,000 and $210,000, but the actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set, and education.
