The Staffing Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the GI/Hepatology division by ensuring accurate staffing schedules, reliable timekeeping processes, and timely coordination of facility and service requests. This role supports clinic efficiency, improves workflow reliability, and helps maintain a well-organized operational environment. The Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating staff schedules across multiple clinic locations, ensuring adequate daily coverage for both clinical and administrative functions. This includes updating Outlook and Epic schedules, tracking schedule changes, and communicating staffing updates to leadership in a timely manner. The role oversees timekeeping activities by verifying employee timecards, identifying discrepancies, submitting corrections, and ensuring compliance with institutional timekeeping policies. The Coordinator monitors attendance, partners with supervisors to resolve issues, and ensures accurate submission of hours for payroll processing. This position also manages a broad range of administrative duties, including submitting and tracking Facilities service requests, placing ServiceNow tickets for equipment, IT, or access needs, and coordinating workspace or workstation updates. The Coordinator may support onboarding logistics, assist with supply or equipment coordination, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth clinic operations. The Staffing Coordinator works closely with Operations Leadership to support daily operational needs, implement staffing workflows, and assist with department-wide initiatives. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $61,429 - $88,030 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $29.42 - $42.16 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
