What we're seeking: We are seeking a strong Scrum Master to work with our team of highly skilled and experienced software engineers and developers and to assist in the delivery of the best software solutions to the marketplace. What we need in you:
- Servant leader and Agile coach for IT delivery teams (development, QA, Product Owners) with a strong voice for team success and program execution.
- Drives Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to ensure structure, value, and alignment with business objectives.
- Reinforces Agile best practices (DoR, DoD) while promoting flexibility-avoiding rigidity and adapting practices to meet evolving business needs.
- Coaches teams toward self-organization and autonomy, empowering decision-making and fostering continuous improvement.
- Collaborates effectively in hybrid delivery environments, partnering with program leadership roles to ensure excellence in execution across time, scope, quality, and cost.
- Champions adaptability and continuous improvement, guiding teams through change and encouraging adoption of evolving practices that enhance delivery outcomes.
- Uses a data-driven approach to monitor team health daily (velocity, burndown/burnup, predictability), ensuring transparency and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Makes metrics visible to teams and stakeholders for informed decision-making and accountability.
- Manages risks, impediments, and inter-team dependencies to maintain delivery commitments and program alignment.
- Serves as primary liaison between teams, leadership, and program managers, ensuring clear communication and timely escalation of issues.
- Supports release management and program-level planning, aligning team deliverables with organizational goals.
- Maintains team agreements and Jira dashboards for visibility and operational excellence.
- Represents teams in executive and stakeholder communications, providing updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
- Drives continuous improvement through retrospectives, process refinements, and proactive coaching.

What background you should have:
- Minimum 3 years of combined Agile experience across roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, TPM, Business/System Analyst, or similar roles operating within Agile delivery models.
- Proven experience delivering in fastpaced, fluid, dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt when priorities shift quickly.
- Demonstrated servant leadership, enabling teams to become selforganizing, accountable, and consistently improving.
- Handson execution in Scrum and/or Kanban, including facilitation of sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and continuous flow practices.
- Experience working within scaled or hybrid Agile models (SAFe-like structures) - able to flex between frameworks without being overly prescriptive.
- Strong collaboration skills working with TPMs, RTEs, Product Owners, Dev Managers, and crossfunctional technical teams.
- Ability to interpret Agile metrics (velocity, predictability, spillover, defects, flow) and use them daily to coach teams and monitor health.
- Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement using data and best practices, with a coaching mindset rooted in outcomes, not ceremony-for-ceremony's-sake.
- Experience facilitating problemsolving, alignment, and crossteam coordination in complex environments.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile delivery tools.
- Preferred: Scrum Master or Product Owner certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM/POPM, or similar).
