Summary
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, compliance, and quality in all electrical work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
  • Inspect electrical components and identify hazards or defects.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using appropriate tools.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and local regulations.
  • Respond to emergency calls and perform on-call duties as scheduled.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe working conditions.
  • Completion of a certified electrician apprenticeship
  • Valid journeyman electrician license/ or Master
  • Proficiency in NEC and local codes
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Education/ Certification
State of WI Journeyman or Master Electrician License. High School Diploma or GED required; Certification from respected electrical program.
Skills and Experience


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, or related software.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc..).
  • Prioritizing, planning, and organizing.
  • Problem assessment and problem solving.
  • Information gathering and information monitoring.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Telephone skills
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Teamwork.
