Position Title: Sandblaster

Sandblaster Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal parts prior to powder coating - Remove rust, paint, dirt, oil, and other surface contaminants - Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure proper surface preparation - Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues to maintenance or supervision - Work closely with the powder coating and production teams to meet quality and production goals Sandblaster Requirements: - Previous sandblasting, surface prep, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred (will train the right candidate) - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Dependable with strong attendance QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
