Receptionist - Institute of Healthy Living Fitness Center - PRN

Summary:

Receives visitors and determines the nature of business and directs the person to the desired location. Answers calls to receive incoming messages and gives general information. May perform routine clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

• General clerical office duties for the department
• Fax and copy documents
• Receive and take messages
• Manages incoming and outgoing mail
• Assists with ordering and stocking supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
