Job Title: Distribution Specialist I Duration: 5+ Months Location: Frederick, MD 21704 (Onsite) Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm Top 3 Skills - Attendance and Punctuality. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Communication. Brief Job Description: Work in a newly built state-of-the-art CAR-T manufacturing facility. Have the opportunity to learn Materials Management operations in a GMP/FDA regulated environment. Responsibilities: Handle the day-to-day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities Receive incoming shipments of non -GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures Dispense GMP materials to support production operations Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate Cross-train in additional areas of the warehouse operations Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures (Excluding Patient Material ) Ensure individual employee training is up-to-date Adhere to al l safety procedures and keep warehouse operation clean and inspection ready Complete in-house forklift certification Additional duties as assigned These duties can be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed Candidate Requirements: Degree - High School Diploma Knowledge of GMP environment Years of Experience - 1 to 2 years in a warehouse environment
