Hours & Pay



  • Pay Rate: $18.75 - $24.00 per hour
  • Employment Type: Direct hire
  • Shift Options:

    • Front Half Shift: Sunday-Wednesday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Back Half Shift: Wednesday-Saturday | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM


  • Overtime: As required


What You'll Do



  • Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose automated conveyance equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Identify potential mechanical or electrical issues through regular inspections.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute repairs using available tools and equipment.
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to create, track, and close electronic work orders, log maintenance activity, and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of equipment malfunctions, including photo-eye sensors, conveyor motors, belts, rollers, stretch wrappers, and dock doors.
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings for motor control circuits.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including electrical troubleshooting up to 480v.
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Perform safety inspections throughout maintenance and production areas.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Support facility cleanliness and general upkeep as needed.


What You Bring



  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a distribution or fulfillment center environment.
  • Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards in accordance with OEM and safety guidelines.
  • 2+ years of experience with basic trades and electrical troubleshooting up to 480v.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs.
  • Preferred technical certification or associate degree with a mechanical or electrical focus.
  • Strong attendance, flexibility with scheduling, and reliability.
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and prioritize maintenance activities independently.
  • Previous experience operating PIT equipment; work at scissor-lift heights required.


Physical Requirements



  • Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per shift.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, lift, stretch, and reach below the waist and above the head.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in confined or awkward spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
